What is overthinking?

Overthinking is when you dwell or worry about the same thought repeatedly. People who overthink can be paralyzed by their worries and may struggle to make decisions or take action. Overthinking can be caused by — and can contribute to — depression, anxiety, and other mental health disorders. It’s normal to get too “in your head” sometimes. But chronic overthinking can start to interrupt your sleep, work, relationships, health, or other aspects of your everyday life. Think you may be an overthinker?

Overthinking has been built up for my whole life(karma) with the body and inherited mind (habit) and exists in my mind. So when you can throw away this karma, body practicing meditation method, you can find the most peaceful mind, which is the truth within you. We have a systematic method to discard this karma, habit, and body. When you follow the method and discard all of your useless thoughts, you will not overthink anymore. You can think clearly and decide the best way.

Power of letting go
