We need to maintain a healthy body during quarantine and the best way to do this is through EASY exercise. This is a relatively easy exercise we call "Releasing Exercise" that will help you in many ways:
It prevents disease in the parts of the body that you don't move often
It keeps the body relaxed and decreases built up tension in the body
It helps improve your focus if done before your meditation
