Enlighten to truth | Breaking Bad Habits

Habits are defined as routines that are practiced regularly. They can also be described as actions that arise from some kind of internal or external trigger. Further, habits are the things you do in particular contexts. For example, one person might have a habit of smoking a cigarette when they drink alcohol. Another person might have a habit of brushing their teeth before bed. Basically, a habit can be anything that is repeated enough times to become automatic. You don't really have to think about doing the thing anymore. It just happens.

The habits have been built up for my whole life(karma) with the body and inherited mind (habit) and exist in my mind. So if you can throw away this karma, body, and inherited mind by practicing the meditation method you can get out of your habitual thoughts and behaviors. We have a systematic method to discard this karma, habit, and body. When you follow the method and discard all of the bad habits you will achieve everything that you want to achieve
