What to Expect
After a brief introduction to the purpose and premise of meditation, Blake will guide us through a method of "throwing away" the fundamental roots of stress and anxiety.
You will be able to clear and quiet your mind any time with this simple practice.
We will then gather in smaller breakout rooms for a live Q&A session.
